Hi everyone, especially the newbies and the ones considering having surgery. I am 18 months out from my surgery. I am down 60kg from my heaviest. I just want to encourage each and everyone of you in your journey, yes it’s tough but the results are literally life changing. So far this year I have run two full 42.2km marathons, I have entered the 2 Oceans 56km and the Comrades. I also completed the recent Warrior Obstacle Course race in JHB. You are all amazing and I can’t wait to see what this new lease on life brings you.’ – Andy
